Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers lovely, spacious rooms with all the amenities one could hope for, making me feel at home. However, cleanliness could be improved slightly, though nothing major. The service was attentive and diligent, especially around the hotel lobby, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is clean and accessible to all places, a short walk to the Beach, waterfront mall, shopping area, food court, grocery store, and Casino. Dining was a poor excuse and overpriced, particularly the breakfast.
Although the hotel needed some upgrades and repairs, the spacious rooms were gorgeous. The moldy smell and water damage from the hurricane were distinctly unpleasant. While the amenities were lacking, the room itself was lovely.
Upon my arrival, the room was a bit run down and in very poor condition, but surprisingly huge and equipped with a full kitchen. The service at the restaurant and bar was top-notch, despite feeling misled initially. The location was superb, close to the beach, mall, and casino, with friendly staff looking out for guests like Marcia Marcano. The dining experience was disappointing, with the advertised breakfast lacking options. Overall, a neglected resort with some redeeming qualities.
